今日も一日沖縄はいい天気でした。
去年よりも今年は暑さが厳しい気がしますがきのせいでしょうか？
ソラの散歩も今日からは、日差しが未だきつくない６時半に出る事にしました。
ここのところ立て続けに住宅の見積を建築業者にお願いしたのですが
どちらも予算オーバー
ある程度、設計段階で予想していて、オーバーした時に削る項目を
準備してはいますが、
お施主さんの夢を削るようで毎回この見積調整期間は胃が痛くなります。
設計事務所なので、ある程度の予算を想定してプランを進めていますが、
北京オリンピックの時は鉄筋がいきなり高騰して調整に半年かかった事も
ありました。
今回は震災の影響もあるようで、想定していたより高めの金額でビックリ。。。
お施主さんの顔をみるのがつらい
消費税ＵＰも日々具体化していくようですが、この状況で消費税ＵＰは
経済が冷え込むのではないかと心配です。
地方での復興支援もままならなくなるのではないでしょうか
毎日ＴＶで政治家さんの達の足の引っ張りあいが流れていますが
どなたか、あの方々の目をさましていただける人はいないもんでしょうか。。。
